Veteran's Day Flyover

A Blackhawk helicopter flees over south Tampa on approach to Raymond James Stadium on Veterans Day weekend 2023

We live in a neighborhood in the path of Raymond James Stadium where we get to see flyovers before most home football games. They are typically loud and fantastic. Three helicopters flew over for the November 2023 Veterans Day weekend game, and it was especially poignant. So much of the world is at war and it’s these men and women who hold the line. Watching these ships flyover should remind us of the extraordinary freedoms we have in this country, and the power it takes to preserve it. Thank you for your service.
